Le Relais — Restaurant in Mont-de-Marsan

I would like to start this review by thanking my host, they made me feel at home. This restaurant is the reason why it is worth taking the back roads. The menu was formidable, warm French cuisine at its best. I enjoyed beef tongue in red wine sauce, it was cooked perfectly. Being in France, for dessert I had to have Crème brûlée, excellent!!
