Restaurant La Folie — Restaurant in Montpellier

We had a great experience for dinner at la Folie, the environment is very nice, ask for seating outside if possible. Professional and friendly service. Very fresh and local ingredients. Area for improvement: some dishes were lacking of seasoning, some signature dishes were sold out, the wine list is interesting, but adding some grower Champagne and fresher red wines from the region ( Cinsault or Carignan) would be an add up. Keep doing the great job and see you again...

La Folie, one of the 4 restaurants of the Tarbouriche family, is the main restaurant in the Domaine. Staff is friendly and attentive. The menu is not large but very well composed with oysters and a few different fish courses. They use predominantly fresh local products. Food was great. Especially the oysters, one of the best I’ve ever had! The price, although, is on the higher side compared to other restaurants in this region. But...
