We were a bit worried when we arrived - this is very much a themed place, and initially I wasn't sure how I felt about the decor - but this was THE BEST, MOST FRIENDLY, WELCOMING, BEAUTIFULLY EQUIPPED AND BEST VALUE PLACE WE HAVE VISITED IN ALL OF FRANCE - in fact, anywhere.||||Tito (one of the owners) couldn't have made us feel more welcome. Even though he was busy, he made time to show us round and to let us know that if there were any problems at all, no matter how small, he wanted us to contact him.||||There was salt, pepper, cooking oil, tea, coffee etc - all the things it's a pain to have to buy if you're only staying somewhere for one night - and the place was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Tito is a genuinely wonderful host for whom any request is literally "no prob" ! Seldom have we met a more friendly and agreeable chap who, no matter the situation, found time to talk, advise and make our (albeit brief) stay a real treat.|I would recommend him, his chums and the whole pub to anyone seeking accommodation or just a good pint....straight from the gearbox...
