First we had a crush with the viewpoint. This is how we got trapped.

This place is a shame for food. We asked before ordering if vegetarian was complicated. Seemed to be easy for them.

We are easy going, we own a French organic bakery and rather understand anytime it is complicated to meet customer's expectations on special demands.

Nevertheless, they offered to order a big salad with st marcelin French cheese.

We love this and went for it. But the salad leaves were so random, 12 of them in the plate with a supermarket tomato basically cut in 4 pieces, with a gross industrial dressing sauce.

The crisp bread was the worst.

All of this could have been okay, but they wanted to price 44€ for two of these waste of energy and resources.

We asked about their dessert. As only 2 of them were said "homemade", we chosen to avoid.

I would have preferred to give the money for nothing instead of putting it in my belly.

Fortunately we discussed about it and my wife said the waiter had said 15€/each. Still we paid 32€ for this.

Even as student I didn't remember to eat so an untasty ...ah... "stuff".

After a while we saw that it filled up with lots of elderly people, that might have been keen on accepting this food ? Or got trapped like us ? Can't say.

I am never as harsh as here on comments but even when we were paying we got to witness their miss communication issues with awful furious language between the staff.

We work a lot and it was our first free day in months.

I felt dissapointed.

That's not the end. I will personnally write them a letter. We can't let people keeping on destroying the French culinary heritage.

I had lunch with my family today, and I must say I was very disappointed. Service was extremely long. Over two hours to have lunch. No air-conditioning in the part of the restaurant where we were sitting. It must have been over 30° degrees. Not to mention all the flies. No, A la carte menu, only 3-course menus and it wasn't possible to order just the main course. Apparently, it would disturb the chef. I ordered medium steak and received blue (raw). Very small portions and no presentation the mashed potatoes were just dumped on the plate. And to top it off, I was told that I couldn't bring my dessert home, no doggy bag service. Fantastic. I definitely wouldn't recommend...

Jamais je n’ai vu une serveuse d’une telle agressivité. Nous avons simplement demandé, poliment, une table avec vue panoramique — ce pour quoi nous étions venus exprès. Refus immédiat, sous prétexte qu’il n’y avait plus de place à l’intérieur.

En allant aux toilettes, surprise : trois tables libres (non dressées) étaient bien là. J’ai compris que le refus n’était pas dû à un manque de place, mais simplement au fait qu’elles n’avaient pas envie de dresser les tables.

Je fais signe à la serveuse pour demander s’il serait possible d’y manger. Nous avons réitéré notre demande avec calme, expliquant que nous étions venus uniquement pour la vue. Réponse : salle pleine (faux) ou tables "pas vraiment avec vue" (re-faux : elles donnaient directement sur le Cerdon).

Elle appelle sa collègue, qui débarque sur un ton agressif : "Qu’est-ce qu’il vous arrive ?!" À la limite de l’insolence, elle enchaîne : "Mais vous avez déjà commencé à manger là" — "Attendez, je vais voir"… et bien sûr, elle n’est jamais revenue.

Le pain était raci de la veille, et ce n’est pas tout : l’une des serveuses s’essuyait littéralement les crottes de nez dans son torchon. Niveau hygiène : zéro. Niveau politesse : zéro. Niveau professionnalisme : zéro.

Le seul point positif de ce déjeuner ? Un serveur — qui n’avait clairement rien à voir avec ce personnel — aimable, commercial et professionnel. Malheureusement, il ne pouvait pas sauver une équipe aussi désastreuse.

Cerise sur le gâteau : à notre départ, pas un "au revoir", pas un regard, rien.

Je vous invite à jetez un œil aux réponses et au ton employé (non commercial et très familier) aux avis négatifs, vous comprendrez vite l’arrogance générale de la maison.
