Burger King — Restaurant in Narbonne

What a really shitty service this Burger King had we order at the counter the clerk does not speak a word English wich is oke we know French dont speak English the clerk somehow managed to tell us if we want to pay cash we have to order at the terminal so we did, the number poped up on the screen and we waited to be called. After some time the number disappeared from the screen i went to the desk to ask what was going on the staff just ignored me i thought oke they are busy so i waited some more went there three times they just ignored, so i saw the manager i called him and told him it had been more then 30 minutes and i wanted to know what was going on with the order the manager was very rude he was a real A hol said you have to pay first so i told him your staff ignored me and did not call my number so how do i pay i told him that the system they had was nonsense he said yeah its a French systeem that made me angry and we almost got into a fight then some woman from the shopping mall came she was even worse then the manager of the Burger King i left before it got worse wont recommend going here...

This was one of the nicest Burger Kings that I have ever been in. 😊 In the United States or France. The restaurant was extremely clean (so important) and spacious. There was even a second level with additional seating. The cashier was friendly and took my order in English to spare me the struggle of trying to order extra Bacon in French. By the way... this is the first time that I've had real "American" Bacon while in France. The fries were perfect and although there were slight differences and additions to the French menu Burger King has been the closest representation to it's US counterpart that I've experienced so far.
