Our meal at Cafe du Port and our time in Paraza were a highlight of our trip. The atmosphere was perfect, sitting in a small French town with a view of Canal du Midi. We had grilled duck breast, a salad with burrata, and sardine appetizer, all delicious! The cheesecake dessert was fun and creamy. We stayed at chateau Paraza that evening. We took a short walk back to the Chateau after dinner. Oh! Don’t forget the wine by the sane family!
