Worst McDonald's Experience Ever - Avoid at All Costs!

I recently visited the McDonald's at 320 Rte de Turin in Nice, and it was hands down the worst fast food experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, it was a disaster. The place was filthy, with trash overflowing from the bins and tables that looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day.

The service was incredibly slow despite there being very few customers. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping. When I finally received my order, the food was cold and tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for hours. The fries were soggy, and the burger was poorly assembled and unappetizing.

To make matters worse, the restroom was in a deplorable state—dirty, smelly, and lacking basic supplies like soap and paper towels. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable, especially for a restaurant.

I strongly advise against visiting this McDonald's location. It's clear that management does not care about maintaining standards or providing a decent customer experience. Save yourself the disappointment and go...

Let’s go over the toilets conditions, let’s go over the food quality (cold as from the fridge, drinks tastes like water) cause I mean, we’re at mc donald’s.. It was 14:30 and we were riding home and needed a fast solution to eat something. Nothing’s open on google maps but this hell of a place. We came inside, we ordered food at the screens that ARE COMPLETELY IN FUNCTION, no warnings, nothing at all, everything was regular. The only option was to pay directly to the checkout so we went to the counter, we paid and the lady went on the back one second. She came back with a big smile, telling us we were too late for food ☺️ at mcdonald’s ☺️ after making me pay ☺️ So I told her so, and after her attempt yo make it all on me, I said that I though she should have informed us BEFORE the payment, at which she simply raised an eyebrow and said “how would I know?”. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Please please please avoid. We waited 25 minutes for our food. When it did arrive it was cold. And the veggie nuggets were instead a bacon and egg mcmuffin- no doubt from hours earlier (it was mid afternoon). I took the mcmuffin back and asked for the veggie nuggets. Instead I was given chicken ones. I complained again and eventually got cold veggie nuggets. By this stage the ice cream had melted. When I asked for a refund for the ice cream instead of a replacement, I was told I was ‘malade’. This is an outrageous thing to say to a customer let alone one you’ve failed so comprehensively. The toilets were filthy- they reeked of urine. There was no parking. I did give the happy meal toy to a very sweet kid who was the only redeeming thing about our visit.
