My friend came to this restaurant and she didn’t like the way the beef tasted and wanted to trade it for chicken instead and she said she had been making the same dish for 10 years that it was find, my friend is from NYC and we know Asian food out here and she knows the best cuisine here. She went to rate her experience and the owner proceeded to call her lady from Africa, you’re not used to eating this food, I’ve been making it for 10 years.

Très déçus des plats, il ya du monde dans le restaurant donc visiblement des gens y trouvent leur compte.
Pour ma part, nous avons pris en entrée nems porc et soupe citronnelle. nems ok, bons mais sans plus. Soupe pas spécialement mauvaise mais avec des bouts d'ananas ( en boîte) qui, je trouve, n'allaient pas avec le plat.
En plats nous avons pris bobun boeuf et boeuf citronelle/riz cantonnais. Bobun boeuf avec peu voire pas de crudités, que de la salade. Mais surtout la préparation de boeuf ressemble vraiment beaucoup au boeuf aux oignons d'un resto à volonté... Je crois même que c'était littéralement ça. Même qualité en tous cas. Mon boeuf citronnelle je n'ai pas aimé du tout, il était sec et avait comme une pellicule granuleuse... Et le riz cantonnais sans intérêt.
J'ai fini le repas bien amer, c'est rare que je sois si déçu et que je ne trouve pas mon compte. Point surprenant : les gérants ont demandé si on avait aimé et on plaisanté comme quoi c'était bon ici et qu'ils avaient un chef 5 étoiles. Bon... En général les mauvais restos savent ce qu'ils servent et ne demandent pas si on a aimé ou pas parce qu'ils ne s'en préoccupent pas. Du coup je sais pas trop quoi penser si c'est vraiment mauvais ou une question de goût... mais je suis pas difficile pourvu qu'on me serve de la qualité. Donc le boeuf fade et spongieux à un moment je comprends...
