For years we have celebrated Bastille Day here and enjoyed food, atmosphere and fireworks. This year the price increased by 10 euros to a 35 euro set menu. This year no vegetarian option. Attitude when reserving for what would have been a group of 36 of which most had been previously. We cant do that as too many people. After two horrible years you might think they would welcome that number. Suggested to them having 2 tables for the group then agreed. Our group dropped to 13 once the were told of this years changes. On the plus side the young girls serving were efficient and friendly and the limited menu was lovely. The band hardly played. The fireworks were cancelled due to the weather. Read morePizzas were ok. Fritto misto was from frozen but fine. The Andouillette sausage was pretty horrible, with overpowering white pepper. But I don't know if that is just the flavour of chitling sausage or if it is meant to be heavily spiced with white pepper. The waitress was fairly unfriendly and inattentive. They weren't particularly kid friendly, despite lots of kids. Pizzas were €10-12, the sausage €8.50, other meats €13-42 (for a whole duck). We didn't have kids food, but they were €7 for 'white ham' or sausage.

Staff where lovely and incredibly friendly to us, the food was delicious and there is a wide variety of choice, before or after your meal you could have drinks in the bar area and a swim in the water by the river beach. Beautiful sunsets here and friendly locals really help to make you feel at home in this wonderful setting.
