Nathalie nous reçoit, en toute simplicité, comme si nous étions chez elle et qu’elle allait s’asseoir avec nous. D’autant plus que nous la voyons œuvrer en cuisine. Elle a à cœur de faire plaisir et ça marche. Petite tablée dans un village où les habitués vont et viennent, accoudés au comptoir ou pour déguster ces petits plats, simples et efficaces (choix et types de plats exhaustifs) Pas de formule pompeuse sur l’ardoise. Elle a d’ailleurs l’honnêteté de nous dire qu’elle n’est pas à l’initiative des desserts au profit d’artisans et producteurs locaux. Merci à elle pour sa générosité et sa gentillesse. Un bémol? Nan! juste nuancer pour les amateurs de vins que la dégustion au verre se cantonne à des classiques.
