Le Tipsy Bar — Restaurant in Pointe-à-Pitre

We were visiting Guadeloupe for the weekend .We went to the tipsy bar for couple of drinks during the afternoon time and there was no one to serve us ! Front desk staff was very nice but at the entrance of the restaurant the young lady was very dismissive.
