Ate here today. It was fantastic! The town / village is very quiet and I feared everywhere was closed on a Tuesday evening... We had spotted this restaurant on Google maps, and we're grateful we did! Very unassuming outdoor dining area, but the delight of seeing people eating and enjoying a drink (I think they were locals) was a great sign. The couple (I assume they're a couple!) who were front of house were a joy, very relaxed but attentive and efficient in bring our drinks, taking the order and serving the fabulous food. They also humoured me with my ropey French! The menu has 4 or 5 starters, the same for mains and deserts. Between the 3 of use we tasted most of the menu and it was really very good. Read moreWhat a great find! We absolutely loved the food here. I spotted the reviews on Google when trying to identify a lunch stop for our journey from Spain to France. We parked in the free public car park next to the restaurant and there were plenty of tables free. The owner was very welcoming and there was some welcome shade offered by the large parasols. The chef shows immense care as well as flair over his cooking and presentation. The salmon tartare starter was excellent as was the sea bass main. I delighted in the crème brûlée and in particular, the almond biscuit that accompanied it complete with a chewy centre. We had a couple of drinks and a coffee after.
