Good things first: The pizza was quite tasty. Other than that, we had a pretty terrible experience. Went in with tired kids to grab a quick pizza. Already when ordering, we weren't really taken seriously. The guy was basically chatting with someone else while processing our payment. We ordered two pizzas, chips and chicken nuggets for us and the kids and waited. After 20min of standing around, the same guy came to ask what we'd like to order and we explained that we already ordered a while back. After nearly 40min, I noticed lots of other people getting their food within minutes while we still hadn't gotten ours. When I complained, I was told it would only be five more minutes. They had clearly forgotten our order. In the end, we got our food at 21:10, despite having ordered at 20:23 - kids crying at this point. As it was now very late for our kids, we told them we'd just have it as take away so we could get going quickly. But to top things off, an extra staff member had since parked us in completely, so we still couldn't move our car anymore. All around a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I can understand if an order get forgotten, but we didn't get a single apology, explanation, let alone an offer of a drink or so. Just basically got ignored the entire time by embarrassed / careless staff. As said, the food was OK in the end, but the place is chaos. The one guy who is actually making the pizzas was working bloody hard and essentially running the show - the rest of the staff ambling around, not processing orders and avoiding customer...

Comment commencer cet avis … Rapport qualité/prix on en est très loin. 4 pizzas SURGELÉS pour 51€ … à ce prix là on peut s’offrir des pizzas du supermarché ! À quel moment est-il stipulé sur le menu/brochure de cette enseigne que ces pizzas sont surgelées ?! On s’attend à des pizzas faites maison, au lieu de ça un chariot de pizzas surgelés est juste passé au four et nous attend. Quitte à le savoir : je vous donne rdv au Kiosque à pizzas du Super U de la Tremblade au moins c’est du fait sur place ! Ou n’importe quel autre enseigne avec des pizzas NON SURGELÉS Un dernier détail : à tous les vacanciers du club Sandaya, n’hésitez pas à vous déplacer pour manger quelque...

Restaurant très bon et très copieux. Nous sommes venu à plusieurs reprise lors de nos vacances au camping et le service est admirable. Que ce soit les pizzas , les salades ou les viandes proposés, c'est un 20/20 sur toute la ligne. En plus, notre bouledogue a eu le droit à sa petite gamelle d'eau. Merci pour tout.
