Auberge du Moulin — Restaurant in Rouen

On our holiday in Normandy l’ve given a lot of 5 stars. We have eaten very well and those 5’s are completely justified. However the Auberge du Moulin would be a 6 if it were possible. A small family run restaurant where you receive the friendliest of welcomes. The food is just out of this world. My compliments to the chef for that. Si tu aime le poisson c'est là qu'il faut aller ... Un accueil chaleureux, avec toute les explications que vous voulez sur les propositions de menus ou de plats, des produits de qualités et de fraîcheur puisque tous les produits et la préparation sont du jour, même si la déco est peut-être vieillotte elle ne laisse pas insensible, nous sommes plus dans une maison que dans un restaurant tout en respectant les gestes barrières bien entendu ... Quand au plat, c'est un délice, de la première minute a la dernière tout est parfait sans fausse note avec une cuisson parfaite ... Je conseille fortement même si l'aspect extérieur fait café de campagne, tout a l'intérieur est a découvrir pour votre plus...
