We visited Zeyssolff for the Alsatian Brunch and cellar tour. The experience started strong, staff were welcoming, the tour was well-organized, informative, and the progressive tasting throughout the cellar was a nice touch. The guide was knowledgeable, and the overall setup was impressive.

However, the brunch was underwhelming. While well presented, the pastries were stale and the selection leaned more toward a cold cuts platter than a true brunch. Service during the meal was lacking! staff were absent, and we had to actively ask for basics like water and coffee. Although friendly, the attention to detail was missing. The presence of two wine glasses suggested more wine would be offered, but nothing followed.

We enjoyed the tour and appreciated the quality of the wines, but left empty-handed due to the lack of engagement after the tasting. No one greeted us at the exit, and we left with a wave from the busy staff. Overall, great wines and cellar experience, but the brunch and service need improvement.

I wasn’t expecting a defensive response. From your reply, it feels as if I’m in the wrong. As a customer, I believe I’m entitled to share my experience and opinion, my feedback included both positive and constructive points. I had hoped it would be received in that spirit, rather than met with a defensive tone, inaccurate statements,...

Although it meant forfeiting my train ticket and incurring the high cost of a taxi ride, I can confidently say that choosing to visit the underground wine cellar was absolutely the right decision for me. It had a subtle yet transformative impact on the way I perceive wine.

The presentation and experience were simply superb. The cellar was equipped with engaging multimedia elements that kept me thoroughly engaged throughout the visit. It was evident that the proprietors were dedicated to sharing their extensive knowledge with visitors, which must have required considerable investment. However, considering the price I paid, I can assure you it was worth every penny.

One of the most important aspects was the presence of English-speaking guides, which made the experience accessible and enjoyable for international tourists like myself. Their expertise and ability to communicate effectively enhanced the overall visit and made it even...

Booked this as an Airbnb experience for a wine tasting. We got here about 45 minutes early and were able to have a quick lunch. The meal was very good and the service was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. You can tell this is a well practiced system and they cater to tourists. The tour itself was very informative and the guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. The first video was interesting because it was so unique. The second video I could have done without. While there was also some interesting information, I think by that time we were a bit tired and it was hard to see it because of the seating arrangements. We didn't enjoy the wines too much, so we didn't buy any bottles. Overall, it was nice just because of the food available and the warm personalities...

We booked the wine tasting, cellar visit, and picnic basket (35€/person). Pro: The presentation was good, and the cellar visit as well; you get to see 2 short films as well. Dog friendly 😀 Con: Once everything was done, everyone got a piece of cake except those that ordered the picnic basket. They told us they will prepare it now...so we had to wait on the terrace quite a long time. We kept asking and they said they are still working on the dessert. Then they brought the picnic bag and after a few minutes 2 bananas as well. After some more waiting we asked if we still need to wait for the dessert and they said no...that was all (aka the bananas). Also, this was not a "picnic" just a bag you can take away

We had a wine tasting and tour here. The tour we booked wasn't fully booked, so to our surprise, it was a private tour! After a few days in the area, we were pleasantly surprised that our guide Roxanne was talking fluent in English. And even some Dutch! She had a lot of knowledge about the winery and guided us through a few different wines. It was very informative, and it had a modern setup. Of course, we couldn't leave without buying some wine. We already regret the fact that we only bought 4 bottles. The cremant is the best... hopefully, we will find a place where we can buy it in the Netherlands as well. Can definitely recommend this place as a stop on your Alsace wine route. 😍
