je me permet de vous écrire pour vous signaler mon mécontentement, nous sommes venus manger chez vous hier soir (dimanche) et j'ai commandé un elsass burger saignant, ma viande était a point ou presque desséchée, le signalant au serveur de faire remonter l'information on me répond que le cuisinier s'excuse les galettes de pommes de terre accompagnant le plat n'étaient vraiment cuites . MADAME vous devriez être plus attentive au retour des clients ou alors votre serveur ne vous a pas mis au courant!!! dommage quand a l'addition il n'y a pas eu de geste ou deux cafés offerts ce qui je pense aurait été judicieux de votre part !!voila trois ex...
