La terasse creol by Aldo and I would add Jeje stands out by the happy face and the smily welcoming of Jeje. She is an example of succes through passionate work with people! The place is not high class but they managed to arrange it in a cozy way that makes you feel welkomed. A great part of what you eat is cooked wright in front of your eyes. I am for 6 years on Reunion island and I was never proposed a rhum arrangé au poivron till now(and I like to taste this drink). Aldo is the meal and Jeje is the arranged rhum and desserts. The food is creol 100% familly cooked and served. People don't buy what you sell, people buy why and how you sell. This restaurant is a must-visit in Saint-André. We found the restaurant on Google maps by coincidence and we‘re fascinated by it. You can choose between several meat options and even eat fish. Everything was freshly cooked and the waitress who is partially owner is very well committed and extremely friendly. A must-try is also one of the deserts.
