Firstly I would like to say that the staff were welcoming, wonderful and friendly. This score is in no way a reflection on them. However the food was a huge disappointment. We ordered the chicken and ribs appetiser which was meant to also come with nacho cheese and onion rings, however the onion rings were missing. Even worse than that was the ribs and wings being exceptionally hot on the outside and freezing cold in the centre like they had just come out of the fridge and and microwaved. We did ask the server about this and she advised that the chicken is deep fried so it should be warm all the way through. Not sure why the ribs would also be freezing cold in the centre as well. We then ordered the entrecote steak and neither of us would touch it. We ordered medium rare and it came out rare. Not usually a problem for us but the meat looked like it had been cooked days before. It had a strange grey colour on the outside of mine and zero moisture in the centre and my fiancé's looked like all the blood of the steak had been congealed and left to dry for quite some time. The bread rolls, which are normally very nice, appeared to be at least a day old. We had trouble cutting into them. The chicken wings arrived dry and black as if they were yesterday's reheated. When my main course arrived it was lukewarm and wasn't what I had ordered. The waitress was apologetic and offered to re-order, but I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes. L’enfant a été servie en 5 minutes - 45/50 minutes plus tard, après plusieurs relances, on nous informe qu’il y a rupture de stock sur une partie de notre commande et donc qu’il faut modifier notre commande! … Nous sommes donc allés manger au Mc Do d’en face.
Conseils à la direction :
1/ Revoir votre application de commande par QR Code. vous proposez des produits en rupture de stock ; vous proposez des produits disponibles que pour la livraison et vos serveurs sont ensuite perdus (# toutes les canettes déjà …) ; vos serveurs ne reçoivent pas les notifications de demande d’aide des tables. 5 appels depuis l’application restés sans réponse et pas de serveurs dans les rangs pendant 15 minutes …
2/ Revoir la formation de vos staffs : quand il y a un défaut de service, il faut leur dire d’éviter de balancer la faute sur les prestataires du restaurant (ruptures et application) ; quand on a fait remarquer au serveur que plusieurs tables arrivées après nous étaient déjà servies … et qu’on nous dit “oui mais vous êtes une grande table …” … c’est limite surtout quand on est QUE 4 …
3/ concernant la responsable : aucun geste commercial, aucune explication, pas une excuse … juste un “bonne soirée” ! Bravo !
La note finale : 21€ pour 1 san peligrino, 1 coca, 1 verre de vin et 1 menu enfant à 6€ (ps : les boissons comprises dans les menus nous ont été facturés au tarif de la carte… la petite n’aura pas eu sa glace…)
