Au Bon Gîte — Restaurant in Saint-Dié-des-Vosges

We stayed over here for a one night stopover. The hotel restaurant is well appointed and the food is really great, the staff were friendly and helpful.||A bit surprised that our room was so dated and the bed creaky; it was a hot night and the close quarters of the small room felt uncomfortable. However, it was all beautifully clean and the bathroom all worked well. And the low charges for the rooms fairly reflect what is offered. So, a nice little hotel but would be even better if the rooms...

Nous avons découvert par hasard le restaurant en janvier, nous sommes revenus 4 fois depuis. Sans hésiter le meilleur restaurant du Grand Est. Les plats sont absolument irréprochables, c'est une expérience unique et délicieuse à chaque fois. Le service est impeccable et nous avons l'occasion de voir le chef à chaque fois car il prend le temps de venir voir ses clients à table et de discuter avec eux. La cuisine est authentique et raffinée, un vrai régal. Petit plus dernièrement pour le saumon cuit à l'unilatérale qui est un vrai délice avec une sauce au hareng exceptionnelle. Le café gourmand est également délicieux et bien sûr le filet de bœuf au bleu est certainement la meilleure pièce de bœuf que j'ai dégusté depuis longtemps.
