We were really lucky to come upon this restaurant totally randomly, and it seems we were even luckier that they had a free table. We had no idea how good the food and how kind the people would be - it was really nice to have the opportunity to taste some of the local products here because there are so many great farms in the area! They do amazing things with these local products and I don't think you could go wrong with anything on their menu. They also had vegetarian options - it seems like there's something for everyone because the menu is very well thought out. we would love to come back sometime maybe in a different season when we can try yet another great menu !!...

Stellar experience! Don't expect to eat heavy, paysan dishes here like fondue and choucroute! This is Vosges-meets-French-cuisine with local ingredients at its best! And for an affordable price too! Une très agréable surprise que ce restaurant perché sur le col de Grosse Pierre! Les plats sont créatifs et gourmands, les saveurs délicates, chaque met réveille les papilles. En entrée j’avais pris un gaspacho de courgettes avec caviar d’aubergines fumé qui était tout à fait exquis. Mon compagnon a pris un fish & chips de pommes de terre, excellent également. J’ai été conquise par les plats tout aussi délicieux. Même le beurre est exceptionnel (du beurre fumé fait maison). Le service était impeccable et chaleureux. Nous avons été servis rapidement alors que le restaurant était presque plein ce soir là. La décoration est très soignée et chaleureuse, avec une superbe vue sur les sapins … le dépaysement est garanti. Et cerise sur le gâteau, il faut remarquer la carte des vins agréablement fournie ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir pour goûter aux vins notamment alsaciens👌ainsi qu’au chariot de fromages qui m’a semblé exquis mais auquel nous n’avions pas eu la chance de goûter la première fois.
