Je suis allé dans ce restaurant avec l’idée de savourer une bonne tartiflette généreuse, un classique montagnard qui réchauffe l’âme. Malheureusement, ce fut une véritable déception. La part de tartiflette qui m’a été servie était tout simplement ridicule : à peine quelques bouchées, et encore. On aurait dit une portion destinée à un enfant ou, pire, à un amuse-bouche.

Pour un plat à base d’ingrédients aussi simples et abordables (pommes de terre, lardons, reblochon), je m’attendais à une assiette plus conséquente, surtout vu le prix. Le goût n’était pas mauvais, mais il n’y avait pas assez pour en profiter pleinement. Je suis reparti avec une sensation de faim, et ce n’est jamais bon signe au restaurant.
