La Petite Ferme — Restaurant in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne

We have visited Termignon for the last five years as part of our residential school ski trip and have always eaten in the same local Resturant (which is also excellent). 3 years ago we decided to also try somewhere different and lucky we did!! We visited under the previous owner (the farther) a few years ago and were treated to fantastic food, service and attentiveness. We are happy too say that since his son has taken over it has lost none of its charm and amazing alpine dishes. As a special needs school it can be hard to find places that understand and cater for the varying needs of our pupils but the team at La Petite Ferme exceeded all our expectations. The chef and waitress are extremely friendly and could not do enough to cater for us and as the food goes it is of a very high quality and not over priced for an Alpine resort with plenty of choice and variation. We look forward to visiting for many years to come. the highest complement I can pay is that id return here with my own family as I know they would love it as much as I do. Profitant d'une petite pause sur le retour, nous décidons de déjeuner à Termignon , mais nous sommes lundi pas grand-chose d'ouvert en restauration et heureusement de petits panneaux indiquant qu'un restaurant est bien là dans de petites ruelles   nous nous laissons guider et nous nous retrouvons devant la " petite ferme", accueillis avec sympathie, bien installés, nous commandons deux hamburgers savoyards, sa petite salade et accompagné d'un petit plat de crozet au fromage ou frites au choix, le tout avec des ingrédients de la région. Je vous le recommande, quel plaisir et quel régal !  Ce fut un plaisir cette pose ! d'autant que le personnel est sympathique, la déco savoyarde de ce restaurant est jolie et j'ai adoré mon " ptit con" ! une bière blanche au génépi, bref, cela vaut le détour, merci les petits...
