The food looked nice but we didn’t even get to try it out. We went there to take 4 to go boxes. I know that Asian buffets are usually tricky when it comes to take away. As some dishes get overcharged on purpose for the customer to pay more I always ask in advance what’s included or not. At the beggining the first waiter tells me that I can take everything. I find it odd and my boyfriend too so we ask somebody else. The lady tells us the opposite and shows us a list. They keep talking to each other in their langage but not to us, so I start to realize that there’s a language barrier and that nobody seems to understand me and answer me with conscience. This list was very complicated to understand with no further indications, I’m gonna leave it here for you guys. And of course when we arrived to pay they charge us 4 additional euros. By principle we didn’t want to get overcharged cus we played by the rules, asked THEM, didn’t take half of the things we wanted to eat because of the complicated rules that we didn’t really understand since nobody understood us either. Eating there would’ve been cheaper and nicer at that point than struggling to chose what to put for at the end getting overcharged anyway 😅 Tje names on the list weren’t the same as the ones displayed on the buffet so eaven when in doubt, there wasn’t no doubt 🥲 Mind you you can’t take away almost 50% of the dishes that you can discover at the buffet (no starters, no desserts, no wok) but we knew that already bc most buffets share the same rules but this one added specific dishes on their list for you to always have to pay more. I’m used of asian buffets tryna trick you when it’s pay time and you usually have to talk it out at the end but that’s when the people in front of you can understand you. We would’ve put back the one dish that was overpriced, but because they showed no profesionalism and a lack of customer satisfaction, this time we simply lost patience and left without the food. They were trying to bargain off 2€ but they lost way more with all the boxes that were already full (7.50 per box X 4 = 30€) + loosing 2 loyal asian food lovers that also love to leave reviews on google maps 😂 As a waiter / waitress, an unhappy customer is the worst thing you could get for your employer. I don’t think their boss would’ve mind loosing 2€ if you didn’t communicate right with your clients. But I think he’ll mind this bad review, 2 unhappy clients and the 4 to go boxes that have been to waste for nothing. I simply don’t get how you can be that unconsiderate. We lost too much time in this restaurant when you should’ve just hired at least one person that speak French not to have that kind of...
Read moreA large range of food options available.
Many of the main dishes were not kept warm enough on the buffet, to the point I was worried about food safety.
The crepes made to order were completely underdone to the point of tasting like raw dough 😭
The food prepared at the plancha is drenched in oil, no matter which of the (bland) sauces you get.
The salads are similarly drenched in olive oil, and there is only the cheapest imaginable bread rolls available to go with them and the charcuterie both. Charcuterie selection was also quite lacking - mostly cheap brie and salami.
Some highlights were the Indian dishes which were kept actually somewhat warm, and the beef and shrimp dishes.
The tiramisu seems to be actually homemade, even though it is all air and chantily, not mascarpone - but at least not fully industrial like many of the pastries and dessert creams.
The cake selection is great and goes well with the chantilly dispenser.
On the service side of things, plates were only very slowly cleared from my table, sometimes piling up 3-4 high.
Plates and glasses are also really cheap plastic, making the entire meal feeling excessively cheap and cantina-like out of stinginess.
The toilets are also an absolute disgrace - no lids on any of the seats, and someone had thrown a profiterole into...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic buffet that specializes in Asian and Indian cuisine, and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end! The selection of dishes was remarkable, showcasing a wonderful blend of authentic flavors from both culinary traditions.
In the Indian section, I found rich and flavorful curries, perfectly spiced chicken soft and fluffy naan, the only things about cheese naan that the quality of cheese , and the person in charge refuse to use the cheese I offered from the buffet, My personal favorites were the butter chicken tender, aromatic, and bursting with flavor.
The Asian offerings were just as delightful, featuring a wide variety of stir-fried noodles, sushi, , and delicious seafood dishes. The balance of flavors and the ingredients really made an impression.
The restaurant itself had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to replenish any empty trays. The desserts were also a highlight, ok the sweets are frozen, but you can pick the fresh fruits option
All in all, this buffet is a must-visit for anyone who enjoys Asian and Indian cuisine. With great food,e, I will definitely be...
