Le Beef and COw — Restaurant in Saint-Julien-en-Genevois

Flew in to Geneva - tired, hungry and in need of comfort food. Hubby wanted a steak … and I just needed to eat … anything … and fast. We didn’t have reservations but the lovely ladies offered us a table with the only concern being that they needed our table in an hour and a half in order to honour a reservation commitment. The chosen steak from the display wowed my husband and my chicken dish was absolutely delicious in a lovely cream sauce atop tasty mashed potatoes.

Super quaint and cute venue. Staff went out if their way for us crazy Canadians!! We both left there so grateful, content and with happy bellies. Wee walkabout in the neighborhood and off to our hotel to sleep. A good night indeed. Merci....

We've been in Europe for 6 weeks now, and this place has blown our minds. Exceptional food. HUGE portions and ever so tasty. I can highly recommend the tartare, jambon entree, marrow, and burger. Will definitely be returning.... also the staff...

Hidden gem for a meat lover. Great service. The children enjoyed the kids steak and fries. We ordered our meat "medium well done" but it was more on the "rare" side (for an American). It still tasted great though. Their tiramisu and creme brulee...
