We stoped at this restaurant on the way to the D-Day Museum. Me as a Romanian I was told by my french friends that the "mussels and fries" was a good dish. But looking at the state of the place I choose to order a pizza. In the end we ordered 2 mussels wich were a bland and got my 2 friends sick few hours later. Me and another person we took 2 different pizza's. Mine being burnt and her being oily and having a piece of hair in it. My myself being a cook I have to say the pizza was worse than a frozen one from a supermarket. It was oily, the crust dry and burnt. She ended up getting a second pizza(this time with no hair, but still burned and dripping with oil) wich she barely touched afterwards. Then after everything we had the pleasent suprise of the bathroom sink not working, making us unable to wash our hand. But after all this while we payed we had to also deal with the ignorace and ego of one of the waiter denying any negative comment and blamming us for the hair in the pizza. On a final note I would say that the service was appropiate for the establishment. The food was of bad quality and dangerous at some extent. But the price was way to high for what you...

This restaurant was a rare find coming out of Saint-Mere-Eglise. We found it on a Google search when we couldn't find an open restaurant that would fit us. The place was easy to get to just a couple of kilometers off the freeway. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to us, the lady that was helping us but good enough English to help us figure out what we wanted to eat and drink. I had the steak with french fries, it also came with salad carrots in a baked potato. My wife had the spaghetti bolognese. It was all delicious, we're coming back next year and this restaurant is on...

My son ordered Regina pizza and Bolognes pasta to share with me and he said so good we should give 5 stars. I liked those two dishes too, but compared with the prawns and the mussels that my wife and my daughter ordered, they were definitely the second best. Those prawns and mussels were so fresh. The cream cheese sauce for the mussels and the homemade mayonnaise for the shrimps were amazing. We even liked the fries and bread. Definitely 5 stars!

One tip: hot food could get cold quick sitting outside on a windy evening...

Went there twice during the week of the 80th anniversary of D-Day. We were warmly welcomed on both occasions and were already regretting the fact we didn’t stay in a place closer to the restaurant. If we had we would’ve been there twice a day! Food is excellent.. And don’t forget to have a refreshing ice cream on a warm sunny day. My friends were surprised how good this place actually is. They were both put off by the pink exterior during their trips to Normandy with their better halves. Lesson learned: don’t judge a book by its cover.

We came there a bit early before they opened. But the service was really good and friendly. But when we ordered the food we thought about one starter and 2 main dishes. When we received the the starter we we're suprised how big it was. Really good and fresh food for a good price. I really recommend this place
