LA FORGE A SAINT POMPON. Étant jeune homme j'ai connu le vieux Forgeron dans son antre le gros soufflet qui crachait son venin sur l'acier rouge de honte il façonnait son chef d oeuvre entre marteau et l''enclume il est parti en enfer. Écouter les poésies de ARTHUR RIMBAUD (LE FORGERON ) . MAINTENANT PARLONS DU RESTAURANT EN RENTRANT TOM nous reçoit avec un bisou en guise de bienvenue .Mathilde souriante nous présente notre table sur la terrasse nous laissant voir un regard émerveillé j'ai crû qu'elle regardait BREL en me voyant. (* Mon coeur arrête de répéter. Qu'elle est plus belle qu'avant l'été ) . Apéritif dînatoire camembert chaud un vrai supplice de bonheur a( décrocher l'inaccessible etoile ) soirée moules frites superbement aromatisées et a volontés parfumées à souhait dans le jardin une sculpture du penseur de Auguste Rodin énorme pour rappeler le forgeron vestige d une vie passée et respect du forgeron. Le dessert arrive ( une valse à mille temps ) porté par MATHILDE qui se déplace comme une anguille entre les tables pour satisfaire au mieux les clients dessert miraculeusement préparé livré par MATHILDE ( et vous mes mains ne tremblez plus souvenez vous quand je vous pleurais dessus ). A notre depart le cuisinier TOM j'ai bien dit le cuisinier le patron TOM .. TOM TOM ils ont le coeur si large qu'on y rentre sans frapper Ils nous sont faits la bise nous avons fait de même pour ce repas enchanteur NOUS FERONS MARCHER LE TAM TAM POUR LEURS FAIRE DE LA PUBLICITÉ quand a MATHILDE nous a accompagnée à la sortie (mes amis,ne me laissez pas ce soir je repares au combat ) surtout pour les clients TRES BONNE SOIRÉE MERCi A TOM - TOM ET LA PLUS BELLE DE CETTE SOIRÉE MATHILDE - après avoir connu LES DORURES DU CAFÉ DE FLORE.
