Food delicious, traditional recipes, but contemporary preparation and interesting textures. The mi-cuit foie-gras was excellent, served with stewed pears, chutney and green salad. The pork was served with a wonderfully tasty smoked potato emulsion. Small, but thoughtful selection of value for money wines (highly recommend the red Pecharment).
