Forest Lodge — Restaurant in Sarrebourg-Château-Salins

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant inside the park. The food was delicious, the wines were excellent, and every recommendation we received was spot on. The service was outstanding – especially thanks to Karim, who was incredibly attentive and kind. He went out of his way to make sure we had gluten-free options, even bringing special bread for celiac guests, which made all the difference.

A super cool playground for kids 3-12 years. You can sit and watch your children while drinking some hot coffee or cocktail! Probably the place we enjoyed the most during our stay here.

We also tried the restaurant during lunch on Thursday. The waitress was very friendly (however first time during this stay only speaking French and no German or English). The dishes were very good, also for our 3-year-old. Prices were normal for this kind of food, but not cheap (expectedly).

You should definitely make a reservation and arrive at least 1 hour before closing time. We were lucky and got a seat at 1pm (opening hours at lunch 12-2pm), but a family that came around 10min past...

Very nice for small kids to play, neat and tidy. Reasonable selection at the cafe. Very conveniently located if you stay in an Exclusive cottage on the park. Nothing out of the ordinary but decent all-round. The restaurant looks like the cafeteria of a medium-sized software company, very clean but no ambience to speak of. The food is less stan stellar at reasonable prices. Seems most of the food comes pre-packaged from the freezer, which is to be expected at a Center Parcs restaurant.
