Restaurant PK 209 — Restaurant in Sarrebourg-Château-Salins

It seemed like the only restaurant in town, so not much of a choice. There were some bad reviews online - most of them talking about unfriendly staff. I assume it sometimes are misunderstandings due to the staffs poor language skills (no, French is no longer the leading language of the world, so we should probably all learn a bit of English…sorry, le bleu :)). I think it was a nice place, packed with people despite the port being half empty. Recommend reservations. Staff was really sweet, trying their best in either German or English. Food was good. Alors que la crise actuelle met un bon nombre d'activités économiques en péril, ce restaurant qui a un potentiel énorme de par sa position, son cadre, son aménagement, la qualité des produits servis, se permet à cause d'un manque de professionnalisme de son patron se voit disqualifié, il suffit de regarder les commentaires ci après. Nous avons dîné ce dimanche soir et l'accueil du patron n'a pas été encourageant. Une jeune employée sympathique nous a permis de nous installer et a été agréable tout le temps, qu'elle soit félicitée. Le service a été correct ainsi que les qualité et quantité des produits, sans attente excessive. Une erreur de caisse a été signalé et remboursée, non sans grimace. Ce comportement n'est pas sans rappeler celui d'un autre restaurateur du Haut-Barr, au dessus de Saverne.
