I recently had the pleasure of dining at L'auberge du Spanglier in and what an experience it was! Located in the beautiful setting of Zonza, this restaurant has everything to seduce. From the moment I arrived, I was charmed by the warm and authentic atmosphere of the inn. The service was impeccable, the staff attentive and always ready to share their knowledge about local products. The menu offered a taste journey through the flavors of Corsica. I opted for the Corsican specialties and was not disappointed. The products were fresh, seasonal and cooked with great skill. Every bite was a delight, a real treat for the taste buds. In summary, L'auberge du Spanglier is a must-visit for all lovers of good food and Corsica. I highly recommend this restaurant for a moment of relaxation and culinary pleasure.

In the heart of the village and visited by locals and tourists, this restaurant features delicious local specialities, a large variety of beers from Corsica and exquisite wines. It was refreshing to feel welcome and the service staff went the extra mile to make you feel like king and queen... Prices are within range and the 'end of lunch coffee' served together with an amazing figue licquor was on the house. Thank you, well done 🌹

Restaurant rustique fort sympathique !! On est arrivés à Zonza affamés après notre longue journée. Je peux vous assurer qu’avoir choisi ce restaurant était une aubaine !!! Le cadre rustique, le personnel très accueillant, le service rapide... c’était vraiment plaisant ! Nous avons pris 2 menus traditionnels à 25€, et je peux vous garantir que c’était à la fois excellent et copieux ! De plus cela nous a permis de découvrir des plats typiques corses. Voici un aperçu de ce que nous avons mangé la bas : une soupe corse , pâtes sangliers et cannelloni au brocciu. Un conseil : la soupe corse fait vraiment du bien quand il fait un froid de canard en montagne. En conclusion, un excellent rapport qualité prix ! Des bons produits de la région, des plats fait maison (même la chantilly au dessert), personnel au top ! Bref un régal.

Read reviews and was a bit put off then noticed the bad ones were from 2016/7 and more recent seemed better. Went for Lunch on Saturday 26th October, very quiet only about 4 tables in use out of 30 odd. Service was OK, tried to order in French which led to receiving wrong wine quanity. We Both had Wild Boar stew with veg and potoato and chesnut, very very tasty loads of meat would highly recomend for €17, nice view of mountains lovely blue sky...

The owner and staff are very friendly. It is an honest place with honest food, most of it made in-house. Last year and this year we ordered ‘Menu de Berger’. The taste and quality was consistent. Unfortunately delicious items like Coquilles-Saint-Jacques were removed from the menu. The prices for the menu and other dishes are reasonable for what you get.
