Wow. Words can’t even describe the meal that we had here. After recommendation from the sommelier, we went with the “Chef’s surprise menu” which was truly out of this world. From the presentation, to the complexity of flavors, to the perfect pairing of wine- every taste bud was very pleasantly surprised. We’ve been to multiple 2 star Michelin restaurants that have not performed to this level - these guys highly deserve a star!! Not to mention the impeccable service and beautiful, peaceful atmosphere. It truly was a memorable night that we won’t forget. We recommend this restaurant (and hotel for that matter) with the highest regard to anyone...

Ristorante gourmet, con menù degustazione da oltre 200 euro a persona (vino incluso). Ottimo servizio di trasporto gratuito con autista dal porto di Bonifacio. Ambiente molto carino e raffinato. Ma non è accettabile che nel tavolo accanto al nostro cenasse una famiglia con un neonato, con l'uomo in bermuda e ciabatte. Inoltre, pur essendo non più di 30 ospiti, il personale è insufficiente: ho dovuto chiedere quattro volte il pane, due volte l'acqua e il vino rosso è arrivato quando avevamo finito il secondo di carne. Poi sono dovuto andare a chiedere il conto all'interno, dopo averlo chiesto ripetutamente in sala. Cibo davvero buono, tranne i dolci che non mi hanno entusiasmato ed il pane, che non era freschissimo e caldo. Per rimediare al disservizio ci hanno offerto due calici di champagne. Grandi potenzialità sul piano culinario, ma non puoi lasciare i clienti senza pane e acqua quando chiedi 200 euro a persona! Tre stelle...

C'est grâce aux avis sur internet que nous sommes venus dans ce magnifique Jardin d'A Cheda. Immédiatement, la beauté des lieux et l'atmosphère douce qui s'y dégage frappe le visiteur. On sent immédiatement que tout est en place pour passer une belle soirée d'été, d'autant qu'on est rapidement très bien accueilli. Le service à A Cheda est d'ailleurs tout à fait remarquable, à la fois courtois, souriant et efficace. Un grand merci à François et son équipe pour la qualité de leur accueil et de nos échanges. Nous optons pour le menu Paesanu qui fait la part belle aux produits locaux : charcuterie succulente corse, une magnifique aile de raie de pêche locale, et pour finir des fromages (corses bien sûr) juste parfaits.
