What a fantastic find! The staff was awesome and walked us through the menu (they can also speak Italian), great prices and the food tasted amazing. They make the best capo spritz on the island (in my humble opinion). We dug into this yummy traditional 'Omelette au fromage' with green beans and potatoes. Christian est un hôte excep-tion-nel : les mots ont du sens, et il l'est vraiment. Il est gentil (au bon sens du terme), accueillant, serviable, toujours avec le sourire. C'est bien la première fois que j'apprécie un restaurant avant tout par la qualité de l'accueil (mais ce n'est pas tout bien heureusement).

Comme il le dirait lui-même, la cuisine est sans prétention, simple mais avec de bons produits : c'est exactement ça, c'est simple et c'est bon. Le lieu est agréable, dans un jardin, où des tables sont disposées. Christian est quelqu'un de très agréable, il nous donne même le lieu d'approvisionnement de sa viande, et nous encourage à y aller pour faire nos achats : aucun secret, du partage, simplement et sans chichi.

Je ne connais pas le nom des autres personnes qui nous ont servi mais allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçu, on passe un très bon moment. Les prix sont très raisonnables, et encore une fois, c'est très bon. L'équipe est à votre écoute, vient spontanément pour nous demander si tout va bien et on sent que c'est vraiment sincère pas uniquement commercial. Ils veulent qu'on apprécie leur restaurant, et font tout pour cela : il y a un vrai sens du service et de l'accueil ici.

Il n'y a que 5 étoiles, dommage sinon, j'en aurais mis une 6ᵉ.
