Restaurant Pasta & Antipasti — Restaurant in Sartène

We were on a little day trip and didn’t know where to get something, this restaurant was on our route so we chose to eat there. Let me tell you it was such a great decision! The pasta was so delicious! The restaurant doesn’t have that many options, but we chose the vodka pasta and lemon tortellini. My dad was so happy with the vodka pasta. My mother and I loved the lemon tortellini, they were homemade and definitely the best pasta we ate in a while! Better than any pasta we ever ate in Italy! Really such a recommendation. The service was kind as well! The prices are a little higher than what we usually paid for pasta, but it was definitely so so worth it!! Really good food! We were so surprised by the great flavors! You also get a basket with bread and Parmesan for free. The bread was great to dip into the sauce! So good!! I don’t understand why some people rated this restaurant low…...

We came here due to the 5star reviews and were, for a change, really dissapointed. It took too long to get the food, though the menu is super limited, which is normally not a problem, but it took about 40 minutes to serve some pasta... The tiramisu was no more than average (to be generous) - lacked the body and flavour, had no balance to it... (and, i suspect, has seen, also, no eggs). The pasta was ok, but highly expensive for what it was, really nothing special, no wow flavour. The waitress was okish, but struggled (some people left, as they were too long left unattended, which is ridiculous for the size of the restaurant). So, all in all, would not recommend and really cannot support the stellar...

Small menu, just how I like it…because it shows quality. And that it was. Really delicious pasta! Unfortunately we were too full to finish with a desert. The entire crew there was very friendly, especially the waiter. Yes, the road is really close. And it can be loud when motorcycles pass by, but it kind of adds to the flair.
