I‘m really disappointed. The location is beyond beautiful and we (a group of 9) were really looking forward to this dinner. We are used to pay high prices for (good!!) food (we come from Switzerland) but the price performance ratio was horrible. The service was seriously bad with not even one waiter offering a smile, ignored us for an hour and the wine waiter getting huffy because we wanted to quickly check his recommendation online (a very expensive recommendation). They were not able to share a bottle between us, it was empty arriving at the last person, so they just brought us another overpriced bottle. The food was disappointing too, on the plate was the very minimum of what was possible (imagine 2 teeny tiny crumbs of fish in a bland fish soup). One of us even received something else than ordered without asking, because the dish ordered „run out“. TOP! Loved this place - amazing views of the sea and delicious food. Exceptional service and great wine selection. The sommelier was super knowledgeable and even pointed us to the degustation dinner and blind wine tasting the next night - this is something out of this world and an experience you will hold with you. I’ve never experienced anything like it and it was so incredibly cool!! They also have traditional Corsican singers and live music come to the hotel during dinner time which is a nice touch. U capu biancu... Que dire de cet endroit ?! Ce fût le moment magique de nos vacances en famille. La magie commence déjà bien avant notre arrivée. Lors de la réservation, tout le personnel que j’ai pu avoir au téléphone a été pro, aimable et d’une grande gentillesse. Les mails qu’on nous envoie pour nous faire patienter, la confiance qu’on nous accorde avant notre séjour nous met en condition. L’arrivée dans les lieux ! Whaou !!! Un endroit hors du commun, perché sur ce cap, une vue à couper le souffle, un personnel attentionné, d’une vraie gentillesse qui nous accueille à peine sorti de la voiture ! Et puis tout s’enchaîne... les chambres toutes plus belles les unes que les autres, la piscine, les massages qui vous font tout oublier, les différents endroits pour boire un verre, la petite sortie en bateau, le restaurant succulent et les attentions jusqu’à notre sortie après le portail !
