😊: Lovely friendly welcome and service from reception and owner Serge. Room 15 on the 1st floor was spacious, spotless, had contemporary furnishings/decor and a very comfortable bed. There was also a table and chairs, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, two ring hob and sink. So limited self catering would be feasible as there is a small supermarket just up the road. Positive: Lovely hotel in a pretty, quite north Alsace town. Recently renovated to a great standard, it's an undiscovered gem. Spacious rooms, nice little touches, great bathroom (with a view!), secure parking for motorcycles, and an amazing restaurant. Dinner on the terrace was fantastic and the breakfast excellent. Nous sommes dimanche 6 Octobre 2024, nous décidons d'aller au restaurant avec un couple d'amis. Jusque là rien de plus banal. Nous réservons une table au Wingenerhof, super, ils ont une table de libre. Nous nous présentons vers 12h15, prêts à passer un bon moment.

Malheureusement pour nous, ce ne fut pas le cas. Deux erreurs sur quatre consommations à l'apéritif que nous avons attendu 20 min (un panaché commandé en 25 et reçu en 50). Puis deux erreurs sur quatre plats reçus après 1h20 d'attente (petite salade alsacienne ou lieu d'une grande et steak saignant alors qu'il avait été commandé à point) cela peut paraître minime cependant mon amie est enceinte et nous l'avons bien précisé à la commande.

Les erreurs, ça peut arriver, les réponses déplacées non.

En effet, après avoir fait part au restaurateur des différentes erreurs de commandes et attentes interminables ses réponses ont été, je cite : "cela vous permettra au moins de manger" pour la salade et "je n'ai pas envie de me fâcher aujourd'hui" avant de tourner les talons.

Merci à lui pour au moins m'avoir permis de savoir où je n'irai plus et bonne chance au personnel de cet établissement, en résumé, une catastrophe, si vous pensez aller y manger, un seul conseil : passez...
