My wife and daughter, 14 yrs, stayed here for one night and we had the family split-level suite. Room was very large, and so was the bathroom. Two small beds on the 2nd level, and a large bed on the 1st level. Windows that open to a view and the terrace below. Very clean and a lot of room. No coffee machine, but there was a small refrigerator. Service at the desk was outstanding, friendly and pleasant. They also have an excellent memory - my brother stayed here 20yrs earlier and they remembered his name and made the connection. Since we stayed only one night, I cannot comment on maid service.||||We ate both lunch and dinner at the restaurant, but outside at the terrace. We had a wonder lunch and dinner. It was outstanding. The only negative part was they served us more food than we could eat at lunch - they served it family style, so we felt bad that a lot of food was returned to the kitchen. At dinner, I had a glass of red wine, but did not specify a bottle, and was a bit disappointed at the quality. Otherwise I highly recommend staying here as well as eating at the restaurant. Tous commerces/restaurants à proximité.||L'ETABLISSEMENT/ESPACE DE RECEPTION/CHECK-IN : 4/5|----------|Bon accueil, check-in rapide, le bâtiment principal de l'hôtel dispose de chambres et fait également restaurant. Pas d'ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres si vous séjournez dans l'annexe.||LA CHAMBRE : 4/5 |----------|Chambre annexe dans une résidence séparée en face de la mairie. Au dernier étage de l'immeuble sans ascenseur. Chambre spacieuse et climatisée, c'est propre avec bureau, TV, penderie, lino au sol, mini-frigo, équipements récents ce qui est top. Dans l'ensemble c'est calme sauf l'église à 20m de l'immeuble et qui sonne toute la journée/nuit. On est vraiment isolé de l'hôtel principal, pas du tout ambiance Logis mais pour ceux voulant être indépendant c'est très bien.||LA SALLE DE BAIN & LES PRATIQUES DURABLES : 2.5/5|----------|La salle de bain est propre également et de bonne taille, avec douche. Fenêtre pour aérer et VMC fonctionne correctement. Cependant étonnant, pas de produit de toilette fourni alors qu'il y en a dans tout hôtel entrée de gamme, y compris chez Logis. Ce sont des chambres standard en annexe donc il doit y avoir des prestations équivalentes aux chambres standard dans l'hôtel principal.||LA RESTAURATION : 4/5|----------|Petit déjeuner buffet avec du sucré, très bonnes viennoiseries du boulanger, pains, confiture, boissons chaudes et jus. Proposition d'oeuf/jambon fait minute mais seulement le premier jour mais pas le 2ème matin, étonnant.|Le restaurant est très bien, plats traditionnels du terroir et suggestions du jour. Très bon service et belle terrasse.||LES SERVICES : 1/5|----------|Sur la fiche de l'hôtel il est marqué wifi à l'hôtel et dans les chambres. Il n'y a pas de wifi dans l'annexe et ce n'est pas précisé sur le site, ce qui est ennuyeux. Il n'est pas prévu de déployer le wifi dans cette annexe donc prévoyez d'être dans le bâtiment principal. Parking privé gratuit, nombre de places limité si vous résidez dans l'annexe (partagé avec toute la résidence).|__|BILAN : 3.25/5|----------|Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Ingwiller et le parc régional des Vosges du nord.
