We visited on the 2nd on a whim just passing by and what a gem! The food was fresh, delicious and gorgeous. Our dishes were the Possion Cru and The Sashimi with rice and the Hoanui Plate on the 15th before we left French Polynesia . The restaurant is quaint and local. All of the staff were accommodating and great during our visits. The location has a nice view of the ocean and the portions of food are on a level of epic proportions along with the presentation. Food was decent. Definitely go with an aquired taste. The staff were very accommodating though the language barrier was present. The view and the tables that sit right on the beach is what makes this place the "it" spot for locals and lunch. We arrived exactly at 11a (opening lunch hours) and was seated immediately. Best restaurant we've been to on Tahiti island. Though we've only been to a few. The prices were reasonable, and the portions were very large and so delicious! My cheese burger was so big it didn't fit into my mouth, and we ended up taking home my wife's fries and half her pasta. My only complaint was that I wanted to take my fries home as well, but the server cleared my plate while taking pictures with the kids. Oh well... still 5 stars.
