Restaurant is actually called Tepano and serves more local cuisine (fish with fries or rice, coconut curry, Chinese style rice, etc.) Food was decent; cantonese style salted fish rice was a bit salty (but very edible) and their fish-of-the-day with lait de coco was a bit under-salted but the fish was fresh and amazing. Service is amazing: they spoke both French and English, were very understanding since we took some time to order, and were very fast to offer water as well as salt+pepper with our food. Atmosphere is nice enough, with shade, but there were a lot of flies that kept trying to land on our food. The waiter did have a spinny device that kept the flies away for a short distance. Pretty good if you're in the area and need lunch but I don't think you absolutely need to drive across the island...
