I give it a 3.5 and round it up to 4. The food was good and presented in a pleasant way. That alone would definitely get 4 stars and above. However, the day we were there, there were a few things that made the overall experience a bit underwhelming. I wish I had known about this in advance, that's why I review the place. I cannot say if this is usually the case but the day we were there the service was slow. They said the reason for it was because we ordered à la carte. Means, if you only have about an hour to have lunch, don't order à la carte. Another issue we had was the menu. It seems that there are no printed menus that you can read at your table. Instead, the choices are presented on a board, written by hand, and not all the boards are easy to read or even visible. For instance, we didn't see the board with the menu du jour. Other things that dampened the experience were the bathroom that didn't seem well maintained, the wobbly table, and the knife for cutting meat could have been a bit sharper. The food was simply amazing, both meat & veggies, the snails were deliscious. Traditional French cuisine at its best. We went during a public holiday and we waited around 40 min to get served, it however it was worth it to wait. The place has a small terrace in the back. The inside has no curtains so if it is full there can be some noise, so next time I think we are going to eat outside. We did not tried the desserts but they looked so good as well.
