Favorite bar-restaurant in Essert-Romand. Virginie and team are always smiling and working hard to keep you happy, well fed & 'watered' 😉 Open again all week bar Sunday, but do close for the afternoon 14:00-18:00 - they need the rest as they always do their best! Déjeuner plat de jour magnafique!

I went there after ski. The food and the service was excellent. I had the local tartine as starter, the pork belly as main and the oven apple as dessert. Delicious. The place is cozy and the waitresses were very friendly and spoke good English

Beau cadre. Personnel accueillant et très agréable. Le sourire du service reflète totalement les mets des assiettes. Nous vous conseillons de suivre les propositions "maison" proposees. Une motion spéciale pour la tarte au citron maison

Nice location and friendly staff, but the house wine was awful and the food was worse. Tasteless tiny mussels, a Caesar salad with anchovies? And profiterole dessert was horrible. .Waste of money..and Virginie, if a restaurant is concerned about bad reviews then maybe they should try to improve what they do. Most people politely leave the table whether they had a good or bad experience. I'm not one for discussing the quality of your product in front of your other customers. So I'm not hiding behind my screen as you believe. I do apologize for posting the same review several times without realizing and have now removed...

A FANTASTIC restaurant/bar in a beautiful little village near to Morzine in the French, Haute Savoie Alps.

The food is Devine, with many local and classic dishes.

They are open throughout the year, but please check their opening times out of season.

Weekly live music including "Muso Monday" when anyone can go along for a "jamb" or have a practice/learn with the regulars.

I will definitely be going there as often as I can and I hope to see you there.

Fantastic food. We visited twice, having alpine specialties first time (raclette, fondue, pirade) - all great. Then another time we ate off the normal menu - the soupe a l'onion and beef tartare were particular highlights. Drinks not cheap, but that's normal for alpine restaurants these days, and the house wine in caraffes was decent. We had a young baby and they were great with her, providing a high chair and some different food for her...
