This was the second time I went in this night club during my holiday this year and was pushed away again by the same bald man who is the security man. He appeared very racist. When we arrived there, first thing he asked was how many people we were together. I told him we were 4, and the second question was if we have any reservations. I told him no, and he looked at us from top to bottom and said no its fully booked and refused us entry. My understanding is the first question must have been if we have any reservations. Not looking at us awkwardly and refusing us entry. People behind us who are actually white were allowed entry with no problems and no questions asked. This was not the first time as the first time i visited the place again 2 years ago, he again refused us entry and when i have challenged him, and asked him if he was being racist, he grabbed me by my hands and was trying to push me out. At that time he also refused entry for my brother in law and would not give any reason. Is it because we are asian, that we were refused entry??? The bald security guy is not approachable and does not treat people equally. This is the most racist place I have ever encountered where they look at you top to bottom and refuse entry if...

Very disappointed with the door policy. The bouncers thought they were really cool and absolutely refused to make any effort to speak English. They dismissed us without reason at the door – just three nice girls/women who simply wanted to dance. They told us we could only get in with a reservation, but even the taxi driver thought they rejected us because they assumed we might have had one drink too many, which was absolutely not the case. We remained polite, but they refused us for no reason at all. Ridiculous – discrimination against Dutch people. If we had been French, we definitely would’ve been allowed in. They were incredibly rude without any provocation. I will never come back here.

Nous avons organisé l'anniversaire de ma fille pour ses 19 ans au Vertigo à sa demande. Nous étions une bonne équipe de 12 personnes 🥳, la moitié des amis à ma fille, l'autre moitier les amis de la famille. Nous avons mangé sur place au restaurant, c'était tout simplement délicieux, on sest régalé avec leur menu entrée, plat, dessert, boisson. La rapidité du service était au top, pas d'attente au moment de servir les plats de chacun. Serveuse au top du top, équipe génial. Nous avons bien entendu continué après dans la partie boite de nuit, avec des musiques très diversifiés, ça a plus à tout le monde, au jeunes, comme au vieux (nous 😅) et on fini à la fermeture, on a presque dû nous mettre dehors 😅... non je plaisante... Et petit détail qui prime pour moi, je ne sais pas si c'était volontaire ou pas, mais en tout cas, j'ai fait par d'un petit problème que j'ai avec les lumières violettes à la serveuse, et bien, à l'ouverture de la boîte, ils les avaient retiré toute la soirée... Jai fortement apprécié, pouvant ainsi profiter pleinement du reste de la soirée... Un grand merci pour tout et à toute l'équipe, pour avoir contribué, à ce que l'anniversaire de ma fille soit...
