Love the environment and the deco. I also like the idea that they use the ingredients from their own garden. We've had like a tasting menu which the menu has already been decided by the chef. Food was great. All of the course gave us some surprises. I like the smoke aubergine the most. The sauce that come with is very special. I clear the plate so the sauce is not wasted! The downside of it was the service. It was quite slow. It took us about 2.5 hours to have 5 courses. And the portion of each course was small so the waiting time for the food was very long in between. We had to leave and couldn't have the last course because we needed to catch the train. The interior was a beautiful introduction to the delicious meal. Each dish used produce from the farm or surrounding farmers and highlights the original taste and freshness of the vegetable, citrus, seafood and meat. The tasting menu was so unique and delicious, all sourced from French farms, so fresh and so affordable!
