Le Piano Zèbre — Restaurant in Valence

Came here during lunch (absolutely no patrons in the restaurant). Looked forward to some decent, homecooked food. 12€ for a fast food bowl of poor and questionably homemade ravioli that left a bad taste in the mouth in regards to quality to price ratio. The excuse was because of the European championships of cycling... We are in places where there are much bigger races, and it's not like this in restaurants. Might as well have just not opened your doors? Pity as it it well rated, and the photos of the food look good, so why let yourselves...

We made an impromptu stop in the town, and therefore it was just by chance that we found this delightful place. The host/server couldn't have been more welcoming and gracious and the set menu was reasonably-priced and delicious. Lovely outdoor setting for summer. Really...

Déjeuner pris rapidement (à notre demande) avec le personnel qui a été à l'écoute de cet impératif. Cependant, nous avons pu déguster des plats bien préparés, goûteux, riches en saveurs (mousse de chou fleur au lait de coco, par exemple). L'onglet et son accompagnement a ravi Mme et le cabillaud en sauce était délicieux pour Mr. Les desserts maison finissent un repas gustatif, les cafés nous ont été offerts, tout ça pour 20€ par personne. Je recommande vivement cette adresse à tous ceux qui veulent passer un agréable moment, la Cheffe maîtrise son sujet. Dès que je peux, je repasse par Le Piano...
