All freshly made is the attraction here.Lovely bread, pastries and cakes. But Buyer Beware..... The queue was long so I was expecting to wait but not for a total of 30 minutes and then to be told after that wait that the sandwich I paid for was sold out!! The owner was then rude and he thought my french not good enough to understand the joke he had at my expense. Extraordinarily bad customer service and arrogance. We live in the area and this boulangerie does the best baguettes and pastries in a 10 mile radius. Their Pain and Baguette Gacilliene is done in a sourdough style that we love. One of the only bakeries to provide a variety of done-ness for you to select and one of the few where you can actually watch them make the bread.

Vendeuse très agréable et souriante. Nous avons pris des sandwichs, qui sont copieux, le pain est bon.. mais le sandwich "jambon cru" contenait trop de beurre, à chaque bouché j'avais l'équivalent d'une noix de beurre.. ce qui le rendait écœurant.. L'idéal serait aussi d'ouvrir les baguettes que sur un côté pour les sandwichs. Nous nous sommes également laissés tenter par un kouing amann et un flan, au vu des avis positifs, malheureusement nous sommes très déçus.. Étant bretons, nous avons déjà goûtés plusieurs kouing amann et celui ci manque de beurre, on sentait que le sucre.. Quant au flan nous en avons également tester plusieurs dans d'autres endroits, malheureusement celui ci n'a ni le goût d'œufs, de vanille ou même de sucre.. il n'a clairement aucun goût.. pourtant il donnait envie grâce à sa dénomination " à l'ancienne".. c'est dommage .. Cependant les prix restent très corrects par rapport à l'emplacement de la boulangerie et c'est egalement appréciable de patienter en regardant le boulanger œuvrer dans...
