I can honestly say this is the worst Mc Donald's I've ever been to.
I just left, the lady handed me my order and when I got home the burger I ordered wasn't in the bag. This is the third time this has happened just in the past few months...
They quite regularly run out of stock/burgers, only ever have a basic selection of burgers to begin with, give out cold chips and give wrong toys in the happy meals.
We even paid for a Ronald mc Donald house bracelet last month and it was never put in our bag.
I wonder sometimes why I kept going back. But Mc Donald's is, supposed to be, convenient when we have small kids.
I've called the phone number listed on Google to give my feedback directly but they don't answer.
I'm honestly tempted on contacting the franchise manager for the region.

Jâhabite Ă Villefranche et Ă plusieurs reprises je suis venu manger dans votre Ă©tablissement en Ă©tant déçu ( drive et Ă lâintĂ©rieur) avec lâidĂ©e dâĂ©crire un avis sur les soucis rencontrer ! Aujourdâhui, câest la goutte dâeau qui a fait dĂ©bordĂ© le vase!!!! En effet aprĂšs avoir passĂ© 2 fois notre commande sur les pavĂ©s numĂ©riques ( qui nous demandaient Ă chaque fois dâaller au comptoir pour finaliser cette derniĂšre) pour ensuite nous marquĂ© : « problĂšme technique », on se dĂ©cide Ă aller au comptoir. LĂ on nous dit: « dĂ©solĂ© câest pas de notre faute », entre temps dâautres clients arrivent en disant la mĂȘme chose. Finalement, on prend nos commandes au comptoir et lĂ lâattente est trĂšs longue ( 10 minutes pour 2 menus). On se dit nickel mais arrivĂ© dans la voiture, petite vĂ©rification du contenu. Et lĂ , il manque les verres puisquâon a pris des maxi best-off. En allant les rĂ©clamer, le numĂ©ro de notre commande nâexistait plus( jâavais mon ticket et ma commande pour preuve !). En conclusion au MacDo de Villefranche de rouergue quâon prenne au drive ou quâon consomme sur place, il faut systĂ©matiquement vĂ©rifier si rien nâa Ă©tĂ© oubliĂ© !!!!
