LA FERME DU CHAPI — Restaurant in Villefranche-sur-Saône

We stayed here in September, while on an independent walking trip in the Beaujolais area. After a full days walk it was nice to come to Ferme du Chapi, and to find a very nice room waiting for us. William greeted us made us feel welcome right away. This is a working farm and the rooms are basic but they are a good size, clean and bright, offering great views. Quel magnifique endroit que ce Beaujolais des Pierres dorées ! ||Quel superbe travail que cette transformation de ce "chapi" en gîte et chambres d'hôtes spacieuses, propres, confortables où mille petits détails et attentions vous attendent. ||Quel beau concept à la base de cette réalisation.||Et quel chaleureux accueil !||Nous avons trouvé ici le lieu idéal pour sillonner les petites routes du Beaujolais ou pour randonner tout notre sou.||Les nuits paisibles et reposantes dans une chambre immense et au maxi lit, les petits déjeuners de produits locaux et maison, un repas du soir goûteux et original, la gentillesse de nos hôtes et leur conception de la vie, la localisation de la ferme, les conseils avisés, tout nous a séduit.||Et si vous cherchez bien, vous devriez trouver dans la maison le livre clin d'œil du Chapi : "Le plus bel endroit du monde est ici" de Francesc Miralles et Care Santos.||Je ne suis pas loin de partager cet avis.
