Don't be put off by the nondescript bar at the front, the restaurant at the back is charming. There is no menu, just a choice of two or three meats for the main course. The loin of pork was very good.

Le service a mis un peu de temps à démarrer (environ une demi-heure), mais une fois lancé, les plats se sont enchaînés correctement.

La soupe et la salade étaient bonnes, mais j’ai été moins convaincu par la purée qui accompagnait la viande : un peu fade et avec des morceaux. Les haricots verts et carottes donnaient l’impression de provenir d’une boîte de conserve, ce qui était dommage.

J’ai remarqué que d’autres convives avaient eu des frites, mais elles ne nous ont pas été proposées. En revanche, le vin rouge servi d’office était très bon.

Un petit bémol concernant le dessert : il aurait été préférable d’indiquer sur la carte que la mousse au chocolat était aromatisée à la menthe, car tout le monde n’apprécie pas ce mélange.

En revanche, mention spéciale à la viande de chevreau, parfaitement cuite, tendre et servie en quantité généreuse : trois beaux morceaux rien...
