The place was kind of original let's say. The colours are a bit tacky but you get used to the vibrant colours, in a way, It has a Disney feel to it. For the food, the Entrée was nice, the main which was a salad wasn't really convincing, a bit disappointing even but the dessert, an île flottante with pink pralines saved the meal. The waiters wanted to be professional I guess but they weren't and we felt rushed or maybe nine pm was too late for them. Le Stelsia is a beautifully restored hotel, but sometimes some,of the people in charge of the management especially at the front desk behave with customers, like supermarket security agent, which is clearly not the type of attitude we expected.||Second point and probably the most disturbing for a 4 stars hotel, is the appalling internet connection.
