Je ne doute pas des talents de la cheffe, mais j’ai globalement été déçu par l’expérience. Le service était irréprochable, rien à redire de ce côté-là. En revanche, la cuisine m’a semblé trop simple pour un restaurant.
Avec un menu unique, l’entrée se limitait à un œuf mayonnaise accompagné d’un petit bouquet de salade et de tomates. Le plat : une cuisse de poulet sauce curry, frites et encore un petit bouquet de salade. En dessert, une tarte aux pommes qui ressemblait davantage à une quiche sucrée, avec un goût marqué d’œuf. L’ensemble m’a davantage rappelé une cuisine de cantine qu’un vrai repas de restaurant.
