Everything was extremely overpriced with a small bottle of water costing 10 lari. Also asked to fill bottles and they refused stating the tap water wasn’t drinkable dispute being next to a giant drinkable glacier. In addition to this the so called “toilet with a view” asked for a 2 lari payment while offering a mediocre view with a hole in the floor as a “toilet”. Was also filled with flys and insects as toilet looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Wouldn’t recommend to stop here instead just walk to the alti hut a...

I was delighted to stumble upon this café after several exhausting hours of hiking uphill. The place has a refined, sophisticated ambiance and offers a stunning view of the glacier.

I ordered a soft drink, a chocolate bar, and a small sandwich, which totaled $20. Admittedly, that’s quite steep—but in my worn-out state, it felt like a well-deserved indulgence. They don’t allow guests to refill their water bottles, which is understandable; if they did, no one would buy the $10 bottled...

We had taken the difficult route up to this cafe and it is perfectly situated with a 360 degree view of the stunning mountains. The music and atmosphere was so relaxing and freshened us up to continue. The owner is very polite and happily engaged in conversation with us. He even made us some walking sticks himself for the hike down as a helping hand. One of the most polite person I’ve met and definitely recommend to stop off for a good break to embrace the views...

The view is absolutely beautiful at this café. A nice warm tea or cold beer is a great reward after the climb. The price is on higher side but totally understandable since they have to carry all goods up by horses. The toilet with the view is amazing. Just to remember bring some toilet paper with you. The café don’t have extra napkins or toilet paper to offer.
